Rural Equities is a land ownership company that owns the 4,000 acre property at Moora. The company was created via a prospectus dated the 17th June, 2004, for the purpose of securing the land for the hardwood project as well as offer investors a steady return derived from rental from the Managed Investment Scheme and the long-term returns of the future regrowth cycles of the trees.
